Pam Kurcz joined SAFY in 1994. She has held a variety of positions before becoming the State Director. Pam was a case manager who worked directly with children and foster families. She also provided In-Home Services to natural families and their children. Pam worked to recruit and train treatment foster parents, and served as the Assistant Treatment Director over treatment foster care. Pam states, “I am currently privileged to be supervising and working alongside some of the most committed and passionate staff and foster parents in the field”.
Pam and her husband are former foster parents and adoptive parents of seven special children, three dogs and 4 birds. Pam has spent the past 20 years raising children who are now slowly beginning to leave the nest. She cannot wait to see what the next 20 years will bring!
